Because many of our products are made-to-order, please allow time for both production and shipping before delivery.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume sales periods.

Shipping Time

After production, standard U.S. shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on the product and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Orders under $75 are charged standard shipping rates at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on the products ordered.

This is normal and helps ensure faster delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please first check with:

  • your local carrier
  • neighbors
  • your local post office

We are not responsible for carrier-marked delivered packages, but we will do our best to help guide you through next steps.
