At StayWoofy, we want you to love your order.
Because many of our products are made-to-order, all sales are considered final once production begins. Please review product details, personalization (if applicable), and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made if production has not already started. Once an order is in production, we are unable to make edits, cancellations, or refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors.
While we are not responsible for carrier-delivered lost packages, we’ll do our best to help guide you through next steps.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
