How do I know what size I need?

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we usually cannot accept returns for sizing issues, buyer preference, or change-of-mind purchases once production begins.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to make a change or request cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible.

If production has not started, we may be able to help.

Once production begins, changes usually cannot be made.

What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package,

How much is shipping?

Orders under $75 are charged standard shipping rates at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, with shipping typically taking an additional 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Tracking details are sent once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments - Some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on the products ordered.

This is normal and helps ensure faster delivery.
